The TV series Heart Rescue Station currently airing on VTV3 is catching the attention of the audience with its intense and suspenseful scenes. The story revolves around the life of the main character Ngan Ha (Hong Diem) and Nghia (Quang Su) with the disputes and revenge brought about by their parents.
However, in recent episodes, the show has faced criticism from many viewers due to the portrayal of legal and medical professions being portrayed in a casual and unrealistic manner.
In episode 31, My Dinh (played by Thuy Diem) kidnaps Gon, the son of Nghia and An Nhien, in order to put pressure on them in court, which has angered the audience.
Many people find it hard to understand why a woman over 30 years old would treat kidnapping as a game and disregard the law. Furthermore, when criticized by a friend, My Dinh even shouts, "I'd rather be in jail than be asked by my friend: What did you do this for?" showing the character's ignorance and lack of understanding of the law.
Episode 33 of Heart Rescue Station also sparked mixed opinions when An Nhien (played by Luong Thu Trang) asks a doctor to fake being pregnant with just a phone call. She even requests the doctor to help her deceive her husband by telling him that she is pregnant with a 12-week-old daughter.
Or as before, during the IVF process, Ngan Ha's ex-husband manipulates an entire team of doctors, falsifying records to turn her from a normal woman into someone unable to conceive, even after several failed attempts at artificial insemination.
These scenes are also portrayed lightly and superficially, making the audience see the show as having illogical details and violating the law.
"Everyone stay calm, the film crew will likely have reasonable resolutions for the despicable characters who will eventually face consequences," "The show is almost over and the main character hasn't achieved anything, she just receives help from others, the supporting actress is noisy and headache-inducing," or "Why does the show include so many negative details? Could it encourage wrongdoings, then it underestimates the audience too" are some of the comments left by people after watching the show.

Speaking to a reporter from Dan Tri, scriptwriter Le Huyen said that in recent years, TV series have been loved by many people for their attractiveness. Along with that, the show's script and dialogues are closely related to real life, so they receive special attention.
Not only in Vietnam but also worldwide, the inclusion of elements such as racing, revenge, falsifying hospital documents, fake bank records... is common in TV shows. These elements within the framework of a TV series are accepted to vividly depict the characters in the show.
"The important thing is the show has a climax, a resolution, so from these actions, the characters will realize their mistakes and make changes, living better. That is the message that the show conveys. I think the audience should be patient to see how the antagonists will pay for their actions. From there, everyone will know what is right and what is wrong," Le Huyen said.
Agreeing with scriptwriter Le Huyen, director Quang Minh said that the audience follows the show because they love it. It is understandable for viewers to react to negative details in the show because they are the most impartial "judges" of the show.
"The actions of An Nhien forging pregnancy documents, pretending to miscarry to depict the cunning, treacherous nature of the character, or Nghia influencing a doctor to prevent his ex-wife from getting pregnant... all to push the show to greater dramatic heights.
Upon the resolution of these situations, these characters will face the consequences of their wrongdoings. I believe that all the situations in the show are reasonable within the overall storyline," the director expressed his opinion.
Media expert Nguyen Ngoc Long, founder of Trang Den Media, said that film and television are cultural products, and he believes that no one makes a movie to incite illegal actions.
"The censorship by the broadcaster is very strict, if there are violent images, language, or violations of traditional values, they would have been cut. The fact that the show is airing means that it has passed the scrutiny of many people. The details in the show cannot be considered as violating the law because they only occur within the framework of a creative work. Perhaps the show should limit the age of viewers to guide thoughts and actions for younger audiences.
I remember in the past, Noo Phuoc Thinh shot some sensitive scenes in a music video, so afterwards, the song was removed from the top trending list and the monetization function was turned off. Recently, Ngoc Trinh also had a clip of her performing dangerous stunts on a big motorbike, after which she was fined, charged, and detained. Personal clips, music videos do not have the same level of scrutiny, but films and TV shows have many "barriers" to control, so the controversies are fewer," Long said.

When asked, "Do you think that these situations would make the audience turn away from the show?"
Long said, "If the audience finds it unappealing, they will turn away, but there are also situations where the show is well-made and reasonable, but the audience doesn't like it, so they will still not support it.
This requires sensitivity from the crew, from the media professionals for the show. There needs to be a clever way to carefully choose words to explain to the audience if we are right."
