In July 1954, when the Geneva Agreement was signed, the country was temporarily divided at the 17th Parallel - where the Ben Hai River flows. Hien Luong Bridge, located north of the two banks, also became the "link" between the two halves of the country (Photo: Dang Duc).
However, due to objective reasons, the program will not take place as scheduled. The revised time will be announced by the Organizing Committee later.
