On the night of September 28, at the "Anh trai say hi" concert, Quang Hung MasterD impressed the audience with a remarkable performance and a "shining" appearance on stage. When the male singer performed the hit songs "Catch me if you can" and "Tình đầu quá chén", thousands of enthusiastic fans sang along. In particular, many fans from Thailand flew to Vietnam to support him at the concert.

Joining "Anh trai say hi", Quang Hung MasterD expressed happiness for making it to the final round. Throughout the journey, many songs by the group Quang Hung MasterD attracted millions of views, consistently appearing on the trending list on YouTube Vietnam.

The song "Tình đầu quá chén" written by Quang Hung quickly climbed to the number 1 position on the trending list just 2 weeks after its release. In addition, the song "Catch me if you can" co-written by Quang Hung received 13 million views, winning the Most Viewed and Listened Song award at the "Anh trai say hi" finale.

Notably, in the final episode, the solo song "Trói em lại" composed by Quang Hung also quickly reached the top trending spot in Vietnam on YouTube with 6.2 million views. After this performance, Trấn Thành officially declared himself a fan of Quang Hung.

In the program, Quang Hung MasterD impressed the "big brothers" with his full support in music production and songwriting. Audiences commented that Quang Hung is not only talented but also responsible in working with the team. "The days participating in the program have changed me a lot. I used to be very afraid to speak, but when I met other big brothers, I gained more motivation and courage to express my feelings," he once confessed.

Quang Hung MasterD officially embarked on a music career in 2011. In 2016, he began to gain attention from the audience with a mash-up video of the 30 most famous Vietnamese songs. In 2020, he released the song "Dễ đến dễ đi", marking a significant turning point in his career. Especially, the chorus of less than 20 seconds of the song went viral on TikTok in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, helping Quang Hung attract a considerable number of international fans.

In a conversation with Dan Tri reporters in 2022, Quang Hung MasterD candidly shared: "Before 'Dễ đến dễ đi' became popular, I had no shows, even had to request performances without receiving fees." The male singer also went through many ups and downs, from depression, the bankruptcy of his former management company, lack of reinvestment costs, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on his family. He admitted that just remembering those periods is enough to haunt him.

In recent years, the male singer has often performed in Thailand. On his first singing trip to the neighboring country, he said he was scared, overwhelmed by the enthusiastic reception of Thai fans. The male singer was also culturally shocked when Thai fans gave him handmade bracelets and flowers made of money.

Despite having a large number of international fans, in the past Quang Hung MasterD was not a familiar face to Vietnamese audiences, hence being nicknamed "the national orphan, the international darling". Reflecting on this, Quang Hung admitted that he felt somewhat disheartened.

"I think I try very hard, every day I make music, every day I improve, but why do I receive those keywords and I don't know if I can remove those keywords like 'orphan' or not. Reflecting on it, I encourage myself to be strong and move forward. When I received the invitation to participate in 'Anh trai say hi', I tried to make sure that people no longer see me with those keywords," Quang Hung MasterD revealed.

In his personal life, he said he lives simply, quite "bland", and naive. After the success of "Anh trai say hi", the male singer is expected to make significant progress in his career in Vietnam. Quang Hung MasterD continues to operate in both the Vietnamese and Thai markets, while preparing to release a new album by the end of the year.
