The result, Thu Minh and Vu Thao My won the first prize with 479/500 points for their performance Xinh - Bay, surpassing Thanh Lam - Orange (performance Tu su) and Luong Bich Huu - Ogenus (performance Di giua troi ruc ro - Gap nhau giua rung mo).

In their performance of Xinh - Bay (aired in episode 13), Thu Minh and Vu Thao My impressed the audience with their powerful vocals, sensual choreography, and stage presence that left a lasting impression. MC Tran Thanh even praised them saying "This is the level that only international performers can achieve".
However, some critics mentioned that the performance of Xinh - Bay was quite chaotic, with the singers "embracing too many elements" on stage making it more like a variety show rather than a pure musical performance.
Sharing about their journey on Our Song Vietnam, Vu Thao My tearfully expressed her appreciation for the opportunity and the lessons learned, stepping out of her comfort zone. There were times when Vu Thao My wanted to give up, but seeing the efforts of Thu Minh, she gained strength and continued to "fight".
Meanwhile, Thu Minh extended her gratitude to the show and affirmed: "Everyone is a winner, all the contestants are talented, and this has been validated by the love of the audience throughout the show."
Thu Minh also admitted that she did not look forward to the moment of the results announcement as the artists had become very close and supportive during the show.
The two pairs Thanh Lam - Orange and Luong Bich Huu - OgeNus were very close in votes to the first place. Despite losing to Thu Minh, diva Thanh Lam was still cheerful and joking with her younger colleagues: "When there is a first prize, suddenly we start "disliking" each other".

Aside from the highest prize for the winning pair, the program also awarded some other prizes such as: the Most Impressive Veteran Singer award went to diva Thanh Lam, the Breakthrough Gen Z award went to OgeNus. The Most Beloved Song award went to the performance Bat tinh yeu len by Quang Linh and Pham Anh Duy. The Most Impressive Performance award went to the stage Loi to tinh de thuong 1&2 performed by the quartet: Hoang Hai, Mai Tien Dung, LyLy, Lam Bao Ngoc. The Impressive Collaboration award went to the performance Dai minh tinh by Ngoc Anh and Hoang Hai.

The award gala night also featured performances by many guest artists beloved by the audience.
Ho Ngoc Ha set the stage on fire with her new song Cay den than, receiving compliments from senior artists Thanh Lam and Thu Minh. Thanh Lam expressed her admiration for the beauty of Ho Ngoc Ha, while Thu Minh praised the younger artist for her intelligence and discipline in achieving success.
