The most recent incident occurred on the evening of December 27, 2024, when Ms. N.T.C.T. (residing in Hoa Tien Commune, Hoa Vang District) was molested by a strange young man on a motorbike, using his hand to molest her chest in the Le Trach market area (Hoa Tien Commune) before running away.
