The contestants include: Thanh Huong as Ly, Thai Son as Quy, Anh Tho as Phuong, and Dung Hon as Long.
People's Artist Chi Trung revealed that the initial script was over 70 pages but was later shortened. Screenwriter Dinh Tien Dung edited and rewrote each section, so the final script was very thin.
"But those thin sections were gathered into a good script, with depth, promising to bring laughter," Chi Trung said.
Chi Trung candidly expressed that taking on a role in Tao Quan is both an honor and joy for him, but also brings some nostalgia and worries. There are many materials in life, but artists must choose how to incorporate them into the program in a suitable way, with a humorous yet critical perspective.
According to the team's disclosure, in order to have about 2 hours on air, it takes a long preparation and training period for the artists.
Artist Van Dung shared that every day the artists gather at Vietnam Television Station. Everyone eats, sleeps, and trains together for a month, until the sun rises.
"Our group of veteran artists returning will bring a new breath, and we hope that all our efforts poured into one month will be the most refined and exquisite gift to the audience," Van Dung said.

Do Duy Nam also revealed that due to the round-the-clock rehearsal for Tao Quan, the hardships have made his appearance somewhat "more exhausted."
People's Artist Quang Thang added: "The requirement from the Tao Quan team is to be punctual. Each person can choose different positions to rehearse such as in the room, corridor, staircase... as long as it is effective."
