Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, artist Chi Trung revealed that he had recently been admitted to the hospital for surgery to remove 3 lipomas in his neck, armpit, and shoulder.
The male artist stated that these were all benign lipomas and did not seriously affect his health. He rarely goes to the hospital, but after the surgery, he had to stay in the hospital to rest for a few days.
"I returned home on the afternoon of April 2 to rest. This is also a time for me to reflect on life because I have lived through 3/4 of my life...", he confided.
During the surgical process, his girlfriend Y Lan also accompanied him to care for and support the male artist. Before the surgery, he also shared a video about his hospital stay.
Prior to this, in an interview with Dan Tri, Chi Trung mentioned that he has had diabetes for 13 years. He also suffers from high blood pressure, heart problems, and always has a doctor accompanying him.
"I still take medicine regularly but not much. In general, my current health is fine. Every day, I wake up at 5:30, run 5 kilometers on the treadmill, then have breakfast with my girlfriend, and at 10 o'clock I go swimming, returning home for lunch at 11 o'clock. In the afternoon, I run on the treadmill again...", the male artist shared.
Chi Trung revealed that at the age of 64, he understands that health is the most precious asset. He said, "Even with thousands of kilograms of gold, being extremely rich cannot buy health, so I always eat moderately, and exercise regularly."
Chi Trung also frequently travels, drinks coffee with his girlfriend to rejuvenate and work more effectively.
