When her child reaches 6 months old, the actress will exercise more rigorously to achieve her goal of losing 12kg. "Losing weight is already difficult, and it is even harder for women after giving birth. Therefore, discipline and perseverance are essential," she expressed.
Diễm My 9X disclosed that her husband - businessman Vinh Nguyễn - is a sports enthusiast and lives a disciplined life, always supporting her artistic passion. He is also a companion, providing motivation and reminding her to exercise regularly every day.
"If I am lazy to exercise or deviate from the daily routine, my husband will be the one to remind and encourage me to keep trying," she said.
Currently, Diễm My 9X's top priority is her family. However, the actress still maintains her artistic career, carefully selecting suitable projects to participate in. She shared that she always strives to balance every role.
"The happiest life is when I can balance all aspects. Lack of something can easily lead to troubles," she said.
